Claim requests are accepted on the following basis;
Claim requests need to come before the session start time and the refund will be made in 3 – 5 working days.
The Claim requests will not be accepted after the session start time and the Company is not liable for any refund pertaining to patients’ appointment after this time.
Claim can be requested through online or by calling ECL call center (Hotline number - 0710 225 225)
The refund will be limited to the followings;
Doctor's fees
Hospital channeling fees
eChannelling appointment fees
This service does not include any other refund other than what is specified in this disclaimer.
A charge of Rs.275/- net is applicable for this service.
Foreign patients will not be able to get NSR if they cannot provide a local Bank account number, due to foreign remittance regulation of Sri Lanka.
